I’ve been making these snacks for so many years! It helps me get more protein into my day, and I think they taste so good. I just recently started using PB fit to cut my calories down and to keep my fat low. If you are not cutting calories, or counting your macros, regular peanut butter works great in this recipe.
These are so tasty for a quick snack, I love to have them in my fridge to snack on throughout the day. they do taste like banana, so if you do not like banana, you can use 1/2 cup of applesauce.
