Nothing gets me jumping out of bed at 6:30 AM quite like these delicious treats do when they are waiting for me in the fridge, ready to eat!
Although they are rich, flavorful, and dessert-like, I've used super simple ingredients, and a lot of fresh fruit to make this a perfect grab & go, healthy dessert-breakfast!

I use Vegan Cream Cheese from Trader Joe's. I am not a huge fan of vegan alternative cheeses, but this one is my favorite and I have stuck with it!
To me, it really tastes just like regular cream cheese, and even better than the real thing, in my honest opinion! So for this recipe I highly recommend using that cream cheese. However any type that you like will work here!
These are no bake, and ready to eat after chilling for up to at least 5 hours.
They are great to meal prep as they'll last in the fridge for up to 5 days!
And they make a perfect grab and go breakfast for your busy mornings, a tasty snack when you need a midday pick-me-up, or something sweet to satisfy your late night sweet-tooth cravings ;)
