Cashew Cream Filling Fruit Tarts





Fruit tarts are my favorite dessert! And since I switched to plant-based, I actually haven’t had one. So today when I walked past the bakery at Wegmans and saw fruit tarts in the window, I instantly decided I needed to make a vegan fruit tart. The cream filling is my cashew cream filling which is just cashews, lemon juice, maple syrup, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. It’s super simple, and surprisingly so so amazing and delicious! …Like, I could drink it.



These fruit tarts are perfect for Easter which is coming up so soon, or Mother’s Day, or just for a fun tasty spring treat! They are so delicious, anyone will enjoy them!
