Chia Pudding

Just like oats, these are a perfect blank canvas for whichever toppings, and mix-ins that you like!

Chia seeds are a superfood and have tons of benefits. They're loaded with antioxidants, and omega 3 fatty acids! I've also read that chia seeds can help people clear their skin!

This is probably the most simple recipe on here, hope you love it! I prepped these for 7 days as they can sit in the fridge and still be good by day 7! Love that :)

Anyway, let's get into the ingredients and steps!

What you'll need:

Chia Seeds (you can find these at most grocery stores, and almost any health/supplement store)

Almond Milk (or oat milk, coconut milk, etc. )

Some people like to sweeten theirs with maple syrup. If you'd like it sweet, add 1 tbsp maple syrup. Otherwise, you can sweeten it with your toppings! I like to top mine with fresh berries, pomegranate, almond butter, coconut flakes, and/or nuts.

I used these mason jars. They are from an 8 oz. quilted set of 24. They're pretty small and good for snacks, or jams! I just love them!

Fill each jar with:

1/2 cup almond milk

2 tbsp chia seeds

Stir before adding the lids and then they are good in the refrigerator for up to 7 days!

Nutritional Content: (without toppings)

185 calories

12 g carbs

9 g fat

6 g protein

Perfect for a quick grab and go breakfast, mid-day snack, or late night sweet treat! (Or all 3 ;) )

Hope you love these!
