Today's recipe is beyond delicious! I'm even enjoying it as I type this right now!
Often people comment looking for nut free recipes so if you are allergic to nuts, this is just for you!
I came up with this recipe around Valentine's Day because I was craving chocolate covered berries, so this is my healthy, plant-based dessert/breakfast rendition! I hope you love it!
In each jar, add:
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Oat Milk (I used Chobani Plain)
1 scoop Chocolate Protein (I used Olly)
1 tsp Cacao Powder
1 tsp Chia Seeds
*STIR COMPLETELY!* (It will be thick!, if it's too thick for you then I suggest doing 3/4 Cup Oat Milk)
Top with:
1 tbsp sliced fresh Strawberries
1 tbsp fresh Blueberries
1 tbsp coconut flakes
These are good to sit in the fridge for up to 5 days! I honestly think they taste the best after soaking for 4 days! Absolute chocolate heaven!! Enjoy!
