Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Bites

Updated: Feb 26

It is finally here! I shared these on my TikTok & Instagram last week and have received so many requests for this recipe. They are so delicious, high in protein, and made with simple ingredients! I hope you love them!

The Protein Powder that I use for this recipe and almost all of my other recipes is called Orgain. I highly recommend this protein for this recipe, and to just have in your kitchen in general. I think it is one of the best tasting plant proteins that I've had, and it mixes / bakes very well.

As you may be able to tell from the photo collage, I've made these bites a few times! They are delicious, and I wanted to get the recipe perfected. Normally when I make them, I don't measure because I'm truly just not a baker at all; I like to throw things together intuitively, so making these into a recipe was a bit of a challenge for me.

The cheesecake part of these bites comes from the cashews, lemon, salt, and sweetener. I've been obsessed with cashews lately, they are so versatile so I have really grown to appreciate them! I've recently made so many cheeses, sauces, and desserts with cashews, and this one is up there with my some of my top favorites.

The cashews do provide protein, as well as the oats, but adding protein powder to this recipe is what makes them "protein bites". I know many can't stand the taste, or consistency, of protein so I would advise you to double up on oats or oat flour if that's the case for you! I also use vanilla flavored protein, so add 2 tsp of vanilla instead, too!

*****They can be eaten after 3 hours, but taste best after being refrigerated overnight!*****

***If your mixture is too wet, add more protein, or more oats, whatever you feel!***

Hope you love them!
