The Perfect Spring Sprout Salad: A Delicious Recipe

Spring is here, and i'm so happy! This time of year reignites my motivation and inspiration for wellness, even more so than any new years resolutions i've ever made. Hoping my spring excitement and refreshing energy can be felt and used as motivation to start sprouting and getting into a great spring rhythm!
Having these salads in your fridge will definitely give you a boost of energy, and a spring in your step as well.
Starting off with this delicious Lemon Garlic Dressing You'll be sooo obsessed with!
What You’ll Need:
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 large lemons)
5 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated
1/2 cup avocado oil
lemon zest
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspon turmeric for a gold color and delicious flavor
How to Make It:
Whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Slowly drizzle in the avocado oil while whisking until the dressing emulsifies.
Taste and adjust—maybe a little more lemon for extra brightness, or a touch of maple syrup if you like it slightly sweeter.
Pour over your favorite salad, roasted vegetables, or even use it as a marinade for tofu salad!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup shredded or chopped carrots
1/2 cup sprouted beans or any protein of choice (optional)
1/2 cup broccoli sprouts
1/2 cup mixed greens (like spinach, arugula, or lettuce,I love red oak lettuce!)
1 tbsp sprouted seeds, nuts
